Our supply chain Consultants help leading companies in optimizing
business performance across the supply chain enterprise. Working as part
of the client's team, they achieve operational objectives, build internal
capabilities, and transfer supply chain knowledge.
We are looking for a seasoned Food
Science Project Manager to help our food industry client in an interim
capacity. Traditional project management skills are required, as is
deep expertise in the Food Science area. The Food Science Project
Manager will engage in cross-departmental collaboration with new product
development teams including marketing, sales, and production. Working
knowledge of project management stage gates, milestones, etc. in a food
science environment is required. Experience working on food product
|
commercialization, including standardization of
ingredients, nutrients, etc. is also required. A background in
Quality Assurance is preferred.

Professional
Qualifications:
- Four year degree in food
science or related field
- Project management
experience; PMP certification preferred
- 10+ years experience
working in the food science area
- Exceptional interpersonal
communication skills
