This division is one of the world's leading providers of microencapsulated ingredient solutions. Broadly applied across a spectrum of food, nutritional and pharmaceutical markets, their microencapsulation technology is bringing solutions that differentiate products for commercial bakers, confectioners, flavor specialists, meat processors, nutraceutical, functional food, drug manufacturers and beyond.
In this position you will coordinate the execution of key laboratory projects related to the applications of ingredient technology, in support of the sales objectives of the division. Applications projects are primarily--but not exclusively--in bakery, confectionery, meat, and nutritional products.
Ideal candidates would have a Masters degree in Food Science or equivalent; 1-5 years of experience in bench top product development environment; and a strong interest in ingredient technology and a solid understanding of food chemistry. Experience in project management and sensory testing a plus
