Summary and Responsibilities Person
would be working for the Ice Cream Innovation team working directly with a
Senior Project Leader assisting with daily development activities. These
include: IC prototype development. Bench
and pilot scale development of the prototypes. Understand the Microbiology,
Analytical, Sensory, Nutrition and Product Labeling for foods. Key
Requirements : Product Development Scientist with Internship or up to 3 years
Food Science experience with a BS degree in Food Science or related science
field. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and culinary
arts. Ideal candidate will have good communication and writing skills Individual
must be flexible, hard worker and a team player being able to adapt to daily
challenges within product development. Good oral and written communication
skills are required. 10 – 15% travel Unilever
