Food Safety Culture Specialists develop core programs and implementations plans to support the corporate safety strategy in establishing a Zero Incident Safety Culture.

  • Work through cross-functional teams to develop, proof and test food safety initiatives and programs that support both short-term prevention goals and the long-term safety strategy.
  • Develop and conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure consistent communication and application of food safety procedures and practices.
  • Lead teams in developing food safety procedures and conducting equipment/process reviews for assigned business areas.
  • Directly interface with regulatory agencies, serving as a point-person, for inquiries, investigations, and inspections.
  • Additional projects as assigned
