Great Opportunity for Product Applications Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity to
work for a division of a Multi-Billion
dollar Food/Ingredients
company doing business in 40+ countries.
This is a very creative role where you will be in charge of developing
and creating new application work for products within the
food/ingredients/flavor industry.
Your will have oversight of the Technical Center managing food scientists and
technicians in order to proactively work on being at the cutting edge
of market trends. This is a very
important and strategic role within the organization that is critical to
meeting and exceeding customer requirements.
Very competitive compensation
($65-$75K) and benefits.
Responsibilities/Duties
to include:
- Responsible
for application proficiency of 100+ products within company portfolio
- Formulation
of new products and concepts
- Ensure
all products meet customer and market demands
- In
charge of Applications Department (direct reports include food
scientists/technicians)
- Support
sales with presentations, customer visits, selling tools, etc.
Requirements:
- 4 year
Degree in Food Science
- Exceptional
Project Management, Leadership, and Communication skills
- Working
knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA, EPA, and USDA regulatory compliance
- 4+ years
of applicable food / flavor supervisory experience
Preferred:
- Masters
Degree
