  • Conduct basic research and assist in product development of bakery products.
  • Evaluate and recommend alternate ingredients used in current product line.
  • Conduct shelf life studies on new products.
  • Assist in sensory evaluations for new product items.

Required skills:

  • BS in Food Science or related field with 1-3 years of industry experience.
  • Experience with developing commercially available food products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in individual and group settings
