Quality Control
Supervisor
Key Deliverables
- Hands on supervision of daily
operations of the Quality Control lab to ensure safety, quality, and
service.
- Develop Staff: provide
training and cross training for staff to ensure proper techniques and
greater productivity. Monitor and enforce work rules, attendance,
tardiness, timecards, and all policies and procedures. Provide
coaching and feedback on performance and institutes corrective action
where necessary.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, coach, and
provide feedback to lab personnel to achieve department and
organization goals.
- Provide direction and
solutions of non-conformances to staff and communicate in a timely
manner to the Quality Control Manager, Operations, Planning, and
Purchasing departments when appropriate.
- Act as a primary contact for
inquiries from Givaudan affiliates, and for
customers and suppliers where authorized.

Primary Qualifications
(education / experience)
- Four year degree in
Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science
or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 plus years
experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance. Strong
technical/analytical background, sensory experience
a plus.
- At least 2 years supervisory
experience
