Purpose of Role:
The Site R&D
Product Technician is responsible for developing and implementing
innovative solutions to address and/or trend product quality, process
efficiency, quality management systems or operational conformance issues.
As an R&D resource, this position requires working closely with Product
Development, Process Development, Raw material Development, Supply,
Engineering and Commercial to identify the most cost effective solution
yielding consistent product quality and safety.
Another facet of this
position is to assist in the implementation of new technologies and global
initiatives to assure the consideration and transfer of the most up to date
processes, methodologies, and techniques.
