We currently are seeking a Food Safety and Sanitation
Manager located in Bentonville,
Manages field execution of the food safety and
sanitation program for Samís Club in support of the overall Wal-Mart
account team. Serves as primary contact for food safety issues within
U.S. Wal-Mart and Samís Club. Role includes responsibility for
directing food safety audits, sales, and service for Samís Club and
Wal-Mart banners in the U.S.
and Puerto Rico. Deliver annual
sales/profit goals for Samís Club by growing food sanitation business in
all U.S. Samís Clubs. Additional objectives are to develop internal
Wal-Mart contacts, provide problem solving solutions, and sell new products
to meet customer needs.
Main accountabilities include:
Grow and maintain
current food sanitation business with Samís Club by being the point person
with Wal-Mart Quality Assurance and Samís Club Operations. Monitor
auditing, address scoring issues, and support execution of the Samís Club
food safety program. Expand focus beyond audits/service to ensure
sales objectives are met. Develop & pursue new ideas for
innovation and growth including WM Super centers and Puerto
Utilize iMAP program and data to create reports for quarterly
review. Work closely with IT to make necessary changes and improvements.
Work closely with
Regional Operations Managers and field service team to provide direction
and training to drive sales of products during monthly visits to
Clubs. Leverage on monthly visits to also drive restroom program and
floor care. Manage food sanitation audits, iMAP
program, and resolve issues with field service team.
Wal-Mart & Samís Club contacts and leverage contacts to expand JD
growth opportunities beyond traditional food sanitation. Develop
relationship with Samís Operations to drive programs. Accomplish with
monthly reviews and joint Club visits.
