? Formulates and develops batter mixes, breaders, and various bakery mixes for use in multiple domestic and international food production and restaurant faculties.
? Establishes appropriate product specifications, able to work with various software programs, FMS and AS400.
? Mark presentations of new and existing product concepts and technical papers to the customer.
Requirements: ? BS/MS in Food Science
? Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Product Development
? Good verbal & written communication skills
? Ability to think strategically
? Proven ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
? Strong technical foundation
? Strong analytical assessment skills
