Supervise Staff and
interface with all levels of management regarding Deliveries and deliverables
to and from production department. Key areas of
responsibility: ·
Supervise a daily shift with strong time management skills ·
Train and hold subordinates accountable, conduct open communication with
staff/shift ·
Ensure spec compliance at each work station during shift ·
Follow HACCP Program guidelines, which consists of quality and safety. ·
Up hold all company policies and coach subordinates when/if violated ·
Follow schedules and assign/create work assignments to staff ·
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays ·
Manage employee performance through consistent and fair leadership practices ·
Effectively communicate issues/concerns, and solutions ·
Manage and resolve production issues or any issues that affects
quality/safety in a timely Requirements
·
H.S. Diploma or equivalent ·
Strong sense of customer service/quality ·
Strong organizational skills ·
Supervisory experience in a food production capacity ·
Strong communication skills ·
Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook ·
Have or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire date |
