Food Safety Coordinator needed for a local wholesaler of
fruits and vegetables. Responsibilities include: Oversee and maintain a
thorough quality assurance program. Maintenance and development of the
following programs: HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Security. Maintenance,
scheduling, and upkeep of 3rd party audits and compliance thereof. Must
have previous experience in the wholesale food industry and safety
compliance. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma with
additional education preferred. Must have a valid Utah drivers license.
Full time day shift, with Saturday work required. Day off during the
week arranged with employer. Salary is DOE.
