Description Quality Control Technician needed immediately for rapidly growing food company in the MetroPlex - must have experience in the food industry and a thorough understanding of ingredients functionality.

Responsibilities:  log samples, perform quality control testing, evaluate and create new processes and perform duties in the role of food scientist

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have common sense in addition to technical knowledge, will be organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and have a passion for their work

There are refrigerated areas - not all work is performed in the refrigerators
