The Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety is responsible for developing and managing all QA programs, policies and procedures, managing internal and external auditing of quality systems, safety and quality of all incoming ingredients, and finished goods produced and insuring that the operation is in compliance with all food related regulatory agencies. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the cleanliness of our facilities, as such, the Director develops, implements, revises and monitors QA policies and procedures and the training and development of key QA personnel, hourly and management personnel, per company QA policies and procedures. Manage and resolve Corporate QA problems and ensure total compliance with all outside agencies. Responsible for review and monitoring of customer complaints line and responding accordingly with consumer and working with risk management on potential litigation claims.
Certified Food Safety Manager and/or Certified Food Safety Professional or
first location opened in TN in 1969. The goal then was to serve high quality,
quick-service seafood. Fast forward to 40 years later, and we have grown to
almost 600 restaurants in 23 states and several countries overseas.
