Brands Inc. – POSITION: COMPLIANCE AUDITOR LOCATION: PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES Conduct quality systems audits of North American food manufacturers as assigned. Assess manufacturing locations’ ability to meet established company and regulatory standards. This includes establishment of audit schedules, maintenance of standards and procedures, and monitoring of identified non-conformances. Manage quality testing programs for food products. This may include coordination with third party laboratories for nutrition and microbiological analyses; and in-house product grading. KNOWLEDGE/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE 3 - 5 years of experience with quality systems auditing of food manufacturers, American Society for Quality - Certified Quality Auditor 3 - 5 years of experience with quality assurance and manufacturing of a variety food products 3 - 5 years of experience with quality testing programs which includes coordination with third party analytical labs, analysis of nutrition data, and conducting product grading against established standards College degree in Food Science or other related field preferred Effective oral and written communication skills Capable of making good decisions in challenging situations Analytical, independent, capable of handling stressful situations in a calm manner CONTACT: Robert Yoshida ProMark Brands Inc.
