· Oversee documentation processes
· Training of Employees (GMP, sanitation, etc.)
· Preventive Maintenance
· Experience (or inclination to learn) in SQF certification process
· HACCP proficient
· Third-party audit process
Buddy’s Kitchen produces/assembles frozen sandwiches and breakfast entrees in a modern 60,000 square foot USDA facility in south suburban Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
We seek someone with industry experience and appropriate educational credentials.
