Job Description
Develop new food and beverage uses for company's algae powders
and oils. Develop products as ingredient substitutes or supplements. Design
evaluations of new product candidates. Provide tech support for
commercialization of products. Work closely with marketing and sales as
well as with customers to develop, promote new products. Source equipment
for lab. Manage annual supply budget. MS in Food Science, Chemistry,
Polymer Science or equivalent. 10+ years experience in applications
development or tech service at an ingredient supplier to food and beverage,
or food product development at a major food company. $120,000 plus equity.
West Coast. Prefer western US candidates for California.
