The Food Chemist will perform bench research on Dairy/Juice products (not product development).

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Lab Testing mostly R&D, some Pilot Plant work
  • Setting up projects, performing protein chemistry (FPLC)

 

Education and experience required:

  • MS or PhD degree in Food Chemistry or Biochemistry required
  • Protein Chemistry experience required
  • Recent graduates acceptable
  • Dairy product experience a plus
