The international Fresenius Food Safety and Dietary
Risk Assessment Conference 2009 will take place on February 12 and 13, in Cologne, Germany.
The conference has been providing a platform for food producers, commodity
suppliers, food safety specialists and risk assessment experts for the last
seven years.
Representatives from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA),
international ministries, the industry, including BASF and Syngenta, and the trade will be lined up to answer
questions on topics such as pesticide legislation, EU-wide Maximum Residue
Levels (MRLs) and consumption data, data usage
and database, as well as evaluation methods and developments in the area of
multiple residues.
As well as presentations, the conference will be an ideal opportunity to
network with other companies.
