Position: R&D/Food Scientist
Seeking Research & Development / Food Scientist for a Wisconsin
cheese products and specialty foods manufacturer.
Salary: $65-85K
Location: Fond du Lac area Wisconsin
Relocation Assistance Available – Yes
Responsibilities:
You will be directly responsible for product formulation, testing and
evaluation.
Active member of the New Product Development Team
Work regularly with sales staff, management, and customers.
Ideal Candidate:
4 yr BA Degree Food Science, Microbiology, Food Science
Significant experience formulating shelf stable processed food products.
Proven track record of successfully taking products from RD to
commercialization. Processed cheese, retort, or other dairy formulating
is a plus but will look at others.
Experience in production or QA is a plus.
Leadership skills
Communication skills written and oral
Preferred local candidate but Relocation assistance is available for
ideal candidate
