Will create and maintain Bill of Materials and Item Master Files.
Will create and maintain nutritional, ingredient, raw material and finished
Will maintain technical document database such as those for Kosher
and Organic certificates, Certificate of Free Sale.
Will maintain customer technical database and issue import / export
certificates, nutritional, ingredient, and product specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Technology / Nutrition or related
2 – 5 years of US food Technical Services / QA / R&D experience.
Formal / ISO documentation control experience is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of electronic / web-based technical database.
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed-oriented work with a high degree
Ability to write clearly and succinctly about technical concepts.
