Food Safety Manager
Food Safety Manager Overall Responsibilities: This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, managing HACCP program as well as oversee the daily activities, selection, development and training of the maintenance and sanitation departments for our Rancho Dominguez facility.
Food Safety Manager Responsibilities also include:
ˇ Manage our HACCP program
ˇ Responsible for verifying, record keeping and reporting on product specifications
ˇ Responsible for Safety program and OSHA compliance
ˇ Ensure successfully management of maintenance of our facility including the
building interior, exterior and equipment.
ˇ Represent facility and
with OSHA, FDA and the Department of Health inspectors.
ˇ Supervision, Selection and development of maintenance and sanitation personnel
ˇ Maintain collaborative relationship with all other departments
ˇ Ensure Maintenance and Sanitation Department is in compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements General Requirements
Must be HACCP certified, understanding OSHA guidelines, 5 years experience of seafood or food processing at a managers level. Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not necessary. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel and Outlook.
