We are seeking a proven successful sales professional who has the drive and energy to grow our business through new sales development. This position is based in Dallas Forth Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of new business development and sales support for FSNS laboratories in DFW and San Antonio, TX; Atlanta, GA and the rest of the Southern Region.

Based in Dallas Forth Worth, Texas you will:

  • Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
  • Develop new business relationships for our company within the food industry, creating new clients as well as provide customer service to existing clients.
  • Act as a consultant to customers by assisting them in achieving a maximum understanding of the technical services offered by the company.
  • Be a resource to our customers as well as help address inquiries and bring resolution to customer needs.
  • Perform within the sales metrics of FSNS.
  • Maintain immediate, short-term and long-term strategic action plans.
  • Utilize proactive and progressive sales techniques to establish a pipeline of potential new customers and new targets in the industry.
  • Incorporate direct and indirect marketing strategies.


To be considered for this career opportunity you must have:

  • BS degree from a four-year college or university in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in Food Science or Laboratory industries preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and an awareness of customer service.
  • Be a self-starter with drive, energy, and commitment to growth and success.
