Unit Description:	The posiiton of Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for the overall safety program for a premier Sodexo Oil & Gas partner with facilities in Texas and Oklahoma. This positiion will need to possess the skills and responsibilities for managing food and physical safety, training, evaluation & auditing, Job Safety Assessments and hazard recognition and prevention. The role of HSE manager will need to possess strong training experience, interpersonal relations as well as techincal writing and communciation skills. Exposure and knowledge to OSHA standards and requirements are preferred. Our candidate may be located in either Houston, Texas or Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and must understand that travel will be required 50% of each month.
Job Description:	Position Summary:Manages the accident and fire prevention programs for an assigned geographic territory. Identifies unsafe conditions. Determines accident cause factors and facilitate appropriate remedial actions. Communicates accident prevention/fire prevention information to key management within assigned territory. Enforces compliance with company policy, federal, state, and local codes and standards involving the safety of employees and the public. Completes three safety audits per month.
