We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a
Food Technologist for our Moore, OK location.
Essential functions include: Perform basic test runs to validate or modify
experimental formulas and processing procedures.
Inspects raw ingredients for maturity and stability
for processing.
Collects and documents records on formulas,
specifications, process and packaging.
Improves food products by enhancing composition,
flavor, and nutrition.
Inspects food processing areas to ensure compliance
with government regulations.
Presents recommendation and solutions to Sales and
Customer Service personnel.
Successful candidates will have: 2 years Food Science experience is required.
Associates Degree in Food Science or related field
required.
Requires knowledge of food and safety regulations.
Basic PC skills are required.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
