We currently have a great opportunity as a Food Safety Manager to work out of our World Headquarter Office located in Buffalo, New York. However, 50% travel will be required throughout our North American and International manufacturing facilities. The QA & Food Safety manager primary focus is on holistic food safety and quality processes/systems across all RPC North America & Internationally as we continue to pursue our global quality initiatives. The QA & Food Safety manager will lead all internal audits to ensure compliance to RPC QA policies. The QA & Food Safety manager will provide support to all North American RPC suppliers and co-packers to ensure food safety & compliance to all local, state and federal regulations.

8-12 years experience in quality and food safety systems,

Minimum of 4 years experience in a leadership role

Knowledge of HACCP and formal auditing experience

Specialized certifications (American Society for Quality, Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor) a plus

Established SQF certification in an organization

Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations, AIB, BRC standards, and major customer requirements

Ability to work effectively both in a geographically close and distant team environments; strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
