Culinary Food Science Technologist
Family owned, Wooster based, supermarket leader seeks a motivated food
professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum two (2) years as a working food
technologist with background in food safety and HACCP. Apply scientific
principles in recipe development, production technology, processing and
utilization of foods; cook chill experience a plus. Conducts research and
development of foods. Will test new products in test kitchen and demonstrate
knowledge about starch application.
Candidate must have strong presentation and communication skills as well as
project management skills and a passion for food. Demonstrate ability to be
part of a team with a high level of initiative. Previous experience using
nutritional software is required.
