Quality Control/HAACP Manager - Goldcoast Salads -
Naples, FL Goldcoast
Salads, Based in Naples, FL, a Seafood Spread manufacturer, is currently
seeking a Quality Control/HACCP Manager.
The successful candidate must have experience in the food
manufacturing industry. Summary of Key Responsibilities: -Certification
and thorough knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and GMP principles. -Strong
communication skills -Strong
Leadership Skills -Experience
with 3rd Party Audits -Able to
perform micro and Listeria swabbing -Maintain
and keep HACCP records current -Strong
Problem Solving and the ability work with manufacturing department. -Conduct
in-House GMP training to employees The
position will report to the owner of the company and is a full time position Candidate
must have a minimum of three years of experience and an education in Food
