• BS in Microbiology, Food Science, Animal Science, or related
field. • 5-7 yrs managing Food Safety/Quality in a food processing plant •
Strong knowledgeof HACCP, Food Safety, and GMP.
• Design and conduct Sanitation audits taking appropriate
action when test results fail to meet expectations. • Provide technical
assistance to quality assurance and sanitation crews to help with quality
issues and cleaning effectiveness. • Review customer complaints relating to
product quality and make necessary changes
