Jr. Food Technologist –
Orange Co, CA
Growing flavor company
located in South Orange County is in need of
a junior-level R&D Food Technologist to assist the
R&D staff with the development and/or improvement of product prototype
systems by preparing bases and finished products according to
provided formulas.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development/
improvement of product prototype systems.
- Prepare bases/ finished
products according to provided formulas.
- Work with Food Technologist
to learn various aspects of prototype formulation.
- Manage sample requests from
project pipelines.
- Work in team oriented manner.
- Perform other duties as
requested.
Required skills:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree required,
Bachelors Degree preferred
- Food Science/ Science
preferred
- Minimum 1 year lab experience
required
