Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff . Coordinates and facilitates all food safety and sanitation training. Works in conjunction with culinary, F&B, Purchasing, Receiving and property operations to ensure that all equipment is in proper working order. Inspects all food storerooms, coolers and freezers to ensure that all Department of Health standards are followed. Supervises and directs staff. Inspects delivered food items to ensure that they meet all safety standards.
