(2) long-term project-based positions available for a Food Lab Assistant,
with Our Client in Warrendale, PA.
Position
Description:
Research &
Development –
The Food Lab Assistant will be performing Product Development specific to
frozen soup for Food Service Restaurant Applications.
Additionally, the Food
Lab Assistant will work under the supervision of Senior Developers in order
to create formulas to fit Cost/Nutritional and Manufacturing constraints
based upon culinary direction and/or recipe concepts.
This position will
take place in Our Client's Frozen Food Division.

Requirements
Required Skills for
Food Lab Assistants include the following:
- Five (5) years of
professional experience
- B.S. Degree or higher in Food
Science, Nutrition and/or Chemistry required
- Strong MS Office skills,
particularly in Excel
- The ability to lift over
50 pounds
- Previous Customer Service
experience a BONUS
