Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Engineering or Milling Science (engineering
option) required. MS preferred.
Minimum of 1 year related experience or
internship history desired
Experience with process technology documentation,
including Process Flow Sheets, Instrumentation Diagrams, Mass and Energy
Balances, and Process Control Strategies
with process technology including but not limited to mixing and blending,
grinding, particle separation, flow control, temperature regulation, heat
exchangers, homogenizers, and CIP systems preferred.
Knowledge of designed experiments
at Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel and Power Point and
experience using SharePoint sites is preferred.
Experience using a lab notebook
communication skills (both verbal and nonverbal) and the ability to present
effectively to leadership.
Basic understanding of project management
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Demonstrate strong leadership
(Interpersonal, Team, Organizational) and decision making skills
Structured problem solving skills,
including Six Sigma and other problem solving models preferred
Technical judgment and prioritization
to develop a strong resource network while further enhancing close
relationships with cross-functional work partners.
