Lead international team of regulatory and nutrition R & D professionals to ensure EU, FDA and CODEX regulations and requirements are met.  Will use knowledge of methods and principles of microbiology, and food and nutritional sciences to direct research concerning ingredients and stability with respect to food safety and spoilage.   Will lead the scientific and regulatory affairs worldwide counsel to ensure that sound and consistent food safety and regulatory policies and practices are implemented and followed.  Will interact with international product safety technical policy makers to ensure company?s positions are considered and balanced in regulatory policy and regulations.   Will also lead containment management of the food chain during product recalls to identify and correct possible contaminates and/or mislabeling.

4 years direct experience or
4 years related experience as leader collaborating with international regulators and food producers to ensure food safety, and using knowledge of EU, FDA and CODEX regulations, principles of microbiology, and food and nutritional sciences, to develop and implement international sound and consistent food safety and regulatory policies and practices.
