This position will be responsible for a territory of stores of which he/she will be responsible for all contracted service obligation including, but not limited to: Food Safety and Sanitation Audit completion, training of customers on products and equipment, servicing of chemical dilution equipment, driving sales within the accounts by providing an inventory and suggested order at each visit, internal reporting and administrative duties, service call response and completion per contracted requirements, and building and maintaining customer relationships.

100% route completion per designated time table.
-Training store associates in the use of products, systems, and sanitation procedures.
-Recommending to customers appropriate corrective action to maintain a high level of cleanliness.  
-Communicating significant sanitation violations to customer’s Quality Assurance department or other appropriate management within account.
-Maintaining the Company high quality of sales and service to all customers.
-Response to customer service calls and follow-through to the satisfaction of the customer within applicable constraints of our corporate policy.  
-Development and maintenance of good customer relations with each account.
-The cleanliness, safeguarding, controlling and maintenance of equipment, vehicle, and all other property assigned to his/her area.


-Minimum requirements:
• 1-2 years of sanitation, food safety, or auditing procedure.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally to achieve company goals.
• Mechanical aptitude and  mechanically inclined
• Excellent time management, communication, decision making, human relations, computer and organization skills.
• Professional attitude, good organizational skills, and be self motivated/directed
• Computer experience – Email, Excel, Word
• The ability to travel overnight
• Possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record

-Preferred requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Environmental Science, Biology, Life Sciences or Food Science.
• Food safety and / or sanitation experience is required
• Registered Sanitarian preferred or the ability to become a Registered Sanitarian within a year
