Food Safety QA Coordinator – Minneapolis, MN
Full Description:
Responsible for the organization and maintenance of all Food Owned Brands
vendor food safety and product quality data in the database and document
files. Coordinates efforts with the Food Safety & Quality Assurance team
to ensure that the most current and accurate information is available for
review and documented in database. Coordinates reporting of vendor, item, and
key program team performance metrics. Partners with Food Safety & Quality
Assurance team to coordinate activities required for prompt resolution of
potential food safety and product quality issues, including action in
follow-up to guest complaints.
Skills: Working knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Assurance technical
duties.
