Qualifications & Requirements
Earned doctorate in Food Science or related field, with expertise in food safety, food product development, food regulations, and/or mass food production. Food industry or government regulations experience, with knowledge of nutrition and food science, preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a well-defined research agenda and evidence of scholarly activities.
