range of food and nonfood manufacturers. We also make shortenings, frying
oils, mayonnaise, dressings, and sauces for the foodservice industry.

4 year degree
in engineering/science with 8+ years industrial processing experience OR
secondary level education with 10+ years industrial processing experience.
5+ years experience in oilseeds, or manufacturing,
knowledge of production management with ability to develop understanding of
plant processes and operational needs

ability to independently develop complex technical plans
ability to work well with others or be independent when necessary
ability to prioritize activities to meet plant expectations and strategic
