Senior Food Scientist

Responsible for new product development and related activities for
emulsified spreads.
The ideal candidate would have a B.S. or M.S degree in Food Science or
other technical field and 4-6 years of product development experience.
Experience with emulsified food systems is a plus.
It is expected that this person will also provide process expertise to the
group, so a strong process background through education and/or experience
is a must.
The candidate will be expected to manage all aspects of assigned projects
within R&D, and interface effectively with Marketing, Supply Chain, and
other functions. Therefore the demonstrated ability to take initiative,
work in a team environment, and communicate effectively is required.
Person must be willing to travel.
