Bakery Quality Assurance Manager- La Brea Bakery has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for our 24/7 location in Swedesboro, NJ.
Previous experience in food environment required, baking industry a plus!
Ability to understand and meet AIB/SQF/BRC expectations essential
Degree in a Food Science related discipline preferred
7 to 10 years experience in QA Management in a food environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Must have an aptitude for problem solving & informed decision making
Ability to perform audits, evaluations and investigations
Ability to update and maintain specifications and manuals
Proficient computer skills a must (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel)
Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish desirable
This Manager directs both QA and Sanitation departments through department supervisors.
