Description:
Aerotek Scientific is currently
hiring for a Regulatory Affairs position within a Food Science company.
Main job responsibilities include:
- Ingredient functionality
- Create nutrition facts panel
- Nutrition conversions
- Interaction with vendors regarding raw products in finished goods
- Confirming new products follow FDA guidelines
Qualified candidates must have:
- BS in Food Science
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working with nutrition label is a plus
- Previous experience working with FDA
This will be a day shift position, Monday through Friday. Pay will range from
$35,000 - $43,000 per year, depending on experience.
