This position is located in the Center for Biologics
Evaluation and Research (CBER), Office
of Compliance and Biologics Quality (OCBQ), Division of Manufacturing and
Product Quality (DMPQ), Manufacturing Review Branch 1 (MRB1) located in
Kensington, Maryland.
As a Consumer Safety Officer, you will be making
decisions on Biologics License Applications based on scientific data and
regulatory information and providing advice to manufacturer representatives
on new biological products including some medical devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for
conducting inspections of regulated industry and applying investigative
methods and negotiating techniques.
