Develop new products, line extensions and improve existing products Anticipate potential bakery problems and work with Manufacturing to resolve these issues. Coordinate and assist in introductions of products. 2 years experience formulation or product development Knowledge of grain-based food ingredients and their function *Design experiments to develop new products while meeting deadlines *Optimize products for quality, cost and production tolerance *Document and maintain records of lab work *Organize product reviews, summarize, document and communicate outcome *Coordinate and assist in initial plant testing Education Bachelor degree in Food Science or related field required
