Qualified candidates will have:

  • A BS, Masters or PhD in Food Science
  • Prefer candidates will have experience in flavoring, dairy, meats, beverages, lipids and culinary powders, proteins, bakery, and/or cereals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Candidates within a commutable distance to Madison or Milwaukee, WI are preferred.
