Maintains quality and food safety programs and ensures QA floor coverage throughout shift. Monitors the quality of the product during and after manufacture. Inspects process control points as defined by HACCP & Division Quality Management minimum requirements. Provides technical support for production personnel/employee involvement teams. Monitors production personnel in general audit requirements, etc. Maintains a thorough knowledge of all quality systems and programs, including the following: NQS, SSOP, TQC, MIR, HACCP, QMS, SPC, GLOBE/SAP and QCS. Acts as a liason with USDA. Models the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
BS in Food Science, Food & Nutrition,
