You are a credible and experienced
senior food scientist with a portfolio of successful launches. You thrive
on working in a collaborative and fast-paced product development
environment. You’ve been responsible for leading projects – taking new
product ideas from concept through to successful commercialization.
You’re the type of person who can move easily during the day from working
at an R&D bench to conducting a strategic review of a product line at
a team meeting. You get especially excited about ferreting out and
testing new ingredient solutions to create delicious, more natural
beverage products.
Look out a year from now, and you’re
being recognized at our annual meeting as one of our most innovative team
members. You helped develop an “out-of-the-box” product formulation for a
new product line that exceeded our expectations. You led a project that
dramatically increased the shelf life of one of our most important
products. You helped us to win an industry award for our innovation on a
completely new product that set us apart from our competitors. You’re our
