•Expertise in development and support of the Quality Team, functioning
in a broad quality and food safety role that requires both the
strategic vision development and the tactical project execution. •Must
have experience in regulatory compliance, vendor certification, supply
chain performance and contract fulfillment, HACCP, Quality management
systems, complaint and issue resolution. •Must have experience
implementing a SPC program. •Proven competencies in influencing others,
change management, interfacing with operations, product development and
customers, results orientation, analytical skills and maximizing
relationships throughout the organization. •BS or MS in Food Science,
Chemistry, Microbiology or related field required.
