Major Food Manufacturer in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a full time
consultant to join their Nutrition
Research team activities.
Main
Responsibilities:
- Define
globally applicable methods for analytical parameters and ensure
that all
referenced methods
are validated and meet requirements for manufacturers analytical
methods
- Check
if local methods are equivalent to international industry standards
- Support
the maintenance of the analytical section of the software modules during
implementation
- Point
of contact for people entering analytical methods and parameter data into
the system
Requirements
Requirements:
* BS degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent
* Wide analytical
knowledge of International reference methods( ISO, AOAC)
* Experience in
method validation
* Strong
communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable working in
multiple applications at once
* Excellent computer/software
skills
Salary commensurate with
experience
