Description

Leading producer of national, regional, and private label processed meats dedicated to quality!  Corporate opportunity with a multi-plant manufacturer! 



Critical role!!!! Assume leadership role in SQF implementation.  Direct SQF, HACCP, GMP, SSOP and pest control programs.  Ensure food safety and product quality of internally produced and co-packed goods.



Position can be located in either of two Midwestern plants!  Relocation supported.

 

Requirements

Qualified applicants will possess:



-BS degree in Food Science or closely related field.

-5+ years of food industry experience in meat, poultry, or seafood.

-HACCP certification.

-SQF Experience.  SQF implementation experience preferred.

-Knowledge of USDA regulations.

-Knowledge of GMP and SSOP principles.
