Responsible for the formulation and bench scale production of
nutritional bar products, design and conduct experiments related to
developing and improving flavor, texture and nutritional profiles.
Lead and
manage a group of projects, interpretation of data and suggestions
for new product concepts
Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal
supervision.
Work closely with customers and suppliers in the development of
new products and identify, develop and implement new ideas,
ingredients and processes.
Possess initiative and drive with the ability to work in a fast
paced open structured environment.
Provide assistance to Commercialization group for product trials
and start ups, troubleshoot process and general technical
assistance.
May be asked to supervise or train junior personnel.
Generate appropriate reports relating to work accomplished or in
progress, maintain notebooks and records according to SOPs, GMPs and
currently acceptable practices.
